Upon payment, the buyer receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software according to the purchased plan’s domain/site allowance.
Restrictions
Unless the purchased license says otherwise, buyers may not resell, sublicense, distribute source files, remove license controls, publish the software as their own product, or share a license key across more domains than permitted.
Buyer responsibility
The buyer is responsible for their content, hosts, payment providers, source permissions, privacy practices, compliance obligations, age-gating, recordkeeping requirements, data handling and lawful operation of their website.
Updates and support
Define what the purchase includes: update period, support period, delivery method, compatibility scope and the difference between defect fixes and custom development.
